Do not get a storage unit from Ball Realty unless you want your items to grow mildew and eventually mold. I got my storage unit that is next to the high school here in Tazewell TN in May 2018. By the time I moved everything out in October 2018, it had grown mildew on just about everything. My family and I spent all day wiping all my furniture and everything else that was affected off as we were moving it into my apartment. Some things, such as shoes, an air mattress, and books, I had to throw away because they were too far gone. Recently, I have been finding items that have continued to grow mildew
