I purchased a city block in downtown Topeka in late 2020 and my personal Project Manager Roger McKinley & Crew from Kendall Construction scraped the property of unwanted buildings, trees and shrubs, designed and built two private gated parking lots, remodeled the original Pepsi distribution center and had us up and running in our new facility in just over 7 months - -all during COVID. Tremendous, professional, high quality work and his team was always there when we needed them -- even post construction / remodel. Highly recommend - Randall
