My girlfriend’s iPhone XS screen was badly cracked and flickering, and we went to Jack to get it fixed. He needed to order the screen, and let us know as soon it was available. Only took a couple of days. When we came in, he did the work right away and it was done in 20 minutes. So far as we can tell, the quality of work is excellent, and the phone looks and feels as good as new. The shop is a little messy and very eclectic with funky mannequins and whatnot all around. It’s a great atmosphere and fits Jack’s personality. We will be back if we ever need another phone screen. 10/10

Sent this guy 3 iPhones to purchase from me or put on consignment. After calling multiple times and trying to get my phones back or money that was promised, he essentially blew me off and has taken my phones. I can’t get my phones back or any money. These are iPhone 6, 8, and X. Not enough value to take further action but needless to say I’m not happy. Also to be noted, the store is full of mannikins which is odd for phone repair shop. The mannikins should have been a red flag for me, I don’t know what I was thinking. I trust people too much smh.

I called about having a battery replaced on an android and Jack said he didn't work on my model because the screens always crack and the cost isn't usually worth it for customers. He suggested a new phone but I explained I am into reuse and recycling and wanted to fix what I had and that I would pay for a new screen if it broke. He agreed to do it (he's big into not being wasteful himself), ordered my parts, and the first battery he got was bad. The screen did crack during replacement and we expected that, but even after having to replace the battery twice, I wasnt charged anything extra. So friendly

Jack is an genius! Apart from being intelligent, professional, and honest, he is super groovy. It was worth waiting two month to drive from DC and take my kid's iPhone for him to take care of. I don't miss much Ann Arbor in general but I miss people like him. He is super busy now but chatting with him in his charming shop is a "do not' miss". I wish it would take him longer to get the phones fixed!

I managed to get soapy water onto my iPhone 10 screen and the phone stopped working. When I powered the phone on, it would keep displaying the Apple logo in a continuous loop.
I brought the phone to BestBuy, Apple, and AT&T to see if they could fix the issue and help me retrieve the data from my phone but none of them could. When I came home, I Googled the issue and turned to YouTube to see if I could find a fix and be able to retrieve my data but no luck. I filed a claim with my provider and received a new phone but I was still upset I could not retrieve the data from my broken phone.

Jack and his colleagues are AMAZING! I took my phone elsewhere for repair (before I found 911 iPhone repair) and the other place butchered it. All I wanted to do was retrieve the data because I failed to back it up myself. I was told by the previous shop it was was a lost cause, I'll never get my data no matter where I take it to. Took it to Jack for a second opinion and he got all of my data! When I arrived Jack had my info on a hard drive which he helped me transfer to my computer, then made sure the data took and that my phone backed up! He took his time and made sure everything was perfect

I came in 10minutes before close and Jack stayed the entire hour it took to do "phone surgery". Did not over charge me and definitely knew what he was doing. I had my iPhone 8+ screen and battery replaced by Jack about 2 months ago. The bottom half of the screen stopped responding after about a month so I texted jack and he told me to bring it in for him to fix, which, I did. Jack fixed my phone efficiently and professionally, and now it is working flawlessly.

Experiences like this are why I love living in a small town. Brought my unusable, cracked-beyond-all-recognition phone in at 1pm, left with completely repaired, functional phone at 1:15pm. I almost wish it had taken longer because Jack was fun to talk to. Fantastic, competent service, beyond-fair pricing (less than I would have spent to buy a replacement screen and install it myself, which I don't have a clue how to do anyways). I rarely leave 5 star reviews, and mostly use Yelp to harangue businesses about their poor customer service. Such a pleasure to deal with someone who gets it.

When I broke my screen on my iPhone 7 Plus Jack fixed it right in front of me (which is crazy because I'm used to dropping it off over night at other places) and I got a gel screen cover that legitimately protects my phone when I drop it (which is embarrassing to admit but I have dropped it a couple times since and it's been fine!!!!)

How I found 911 iPhone Repair was after having lunch at one of my favorite restaurants. Sure enough Jacks sign was oddly placed on the sidewalk. The timing couldn't have been perfect and his location is 7 minutes from where I live.
There is a flight of steps and a short hallway to get to his office. Once you're at the top of the steps 911 iPhone Repair is straight ahead
