Services
If you live in an area where you do not have access to city sewer, you'll need to install a septic tank system. We can help with everything from design to installation. Residential septic tanks should be pumped every 3 to 5 years depending on family size and usage. We have pumped thousands of septic tanks over the years.
If you are installing a septic system for new construction, or simply replacing an old system, we are the go-to septic company in Orlando. A1 Septic Service has been installing septic systems in Orange and Seminole counties for 60 Years! We understand the technical ins-and-outs of new systems and can help every step of the way.
Every time you use your sink, garbage disposal, flush a toilet, take a shower, or run your washing machine, you add a small amount of water and waste to the septic tank. Sludge and other sediments slowly accumulate in the tank while the water enters the drainfield and leaches into the ground. Over the course of 3-5 years these layers of sediment and sludge accumulate on the bottom and the sides and eventually fills the tank.
We have been fixing, repairing, replacing, and keeping septic tanks and leach fields in working order for generations. If you find your toilets flushing slowly, continued standing water in your yard, a foul smell in your home, or worse. This is pretty obvious to spot, and is a sure sign that either something went down the drain that shouldn't have or it's time for a pump out.
City sewer is becoming more commonplace in rural areas. Because of this, homeowners are opting for the hands-off solution of city sewer instead of owning a septic system. We can safely and quickly remove an old septic tank from your property while minimizing any damage to nearby landscaping. Removing a septic tank from your property can be a little on the pricey side depending on the size of the tank and if the tank is full or not.

Contacted A-1 for a pump out and to see if our drain field was working properly, we had used them before for a pump out. They came out on 3/5/18 and pumped out but Nick stated we needed a new drain field. He said he couldn't give an exact price because the county would determine what was needed, but estimated between $7,000 and $9,000. While he was here, my husband seemed to be having a stoke so I had to call 911. I went ahead and signed for a new drain field as I had no idea what was happening to my husband. On 3/27 Nick said the final price was $9,500. I paid not knowing any better, under
