Everyone at McCartan Insurance is fantastic to work with. If you don't get the agent you normally work with, someone else will jump in and take care of your needs. Its difficult to rate them for solving issues because they have it fixed before it is an issue. Really feels like a "family" atmosphere. I recommend anyone reading this to sign up or make the switch to McCartan, you won't be disappointed!

I’ve not had to make a claim as of yet. I think that would affect a quality and value review positively or negatively depending on how it’s handled. I can say that every time I’ve had a question or concern my agent, Joel McCartan has been quick to respond with kindness, patience, and professionalism. My issues and questions are quickly addressed and resolved. The rate for my homeowner policy is better than what my mortgage company initially selected and Joel made it easy to switch. As long as the rates are reasonable I will stay with this company because of my agent’s outstanding service
