No one told me about procedures and outcomes. I understood what was expected by reading online sources. I know covid struck us all in some way. This Doctor and staff were in the factory pain management, not there for patients. I am not going back. I own this pain and wanted better answers about managing it

Dr. Parmar is the worst pain management doctor I have ever been to. I have a pain pump that has to be filled every month. Patients often have to wait over an hour after their appointment time to see him. When he finally does come in the room, he doesn't even ask how you I am doing. All he wants to do is fill my pump and leave. If I try to discuss with him a pain problem that needs attention he says it will have to wait for my next appointment because he doesn't have time to do anything but fill my pump. Dr. Parmar does not take time to give any patient care. He wants you out of the room quickly

First of all, the doctor I have been seeing for the last couple of years is Wonderful. He listens and answers any questions you have.
I don't really know who directs the staff but they really need to be let go if they cant respect the patients and what they go through. I didn't ask to have pain that requires me to see a pain specialist but I do. I have always followed their rules regarding refilling medications, though depending on who you talk to, the rules change.
And now with the virus regulations on cleanliness, it is concerning that no one keeps the bathrooms clean. When

I understand some people have had negative experiences here, long waits, etc., but my experience was completely positive so far. Today was my first appointment. There was basically no wait time - I was in and out in 45 minutes, easy peasy. I saw Dr. M, I still don't know what M stands for - they told me but I don't remember. The appointment took about a half hour or so since it was my first appointment. He ordered an MRI, prescribed a TENS unit and sent a prescription for pain to my pharmacy. I had such dread about this appointment since I have heard terrible things about pain management

If I could give them a ZERO I would... first of all their front end staff is extremely busy so they don't even great you or acknowledge you whe. Your standing right in front of them. Second their doctors are just rude and get really defensive if you ask if there is any thing else you can do besides just taking pills, I guess if you do pop pills or do whatever you do with them this is the perfect place to come to because all they wanna do is give you pain pills.

Dr. Parmar seams doesn’t understand that Pain Management means managing pain of patients that come to his place to get help with their pain. Worst doctor ever, take you on appointment and you will walk out with little or no help. He will find 33 reasons do not provide you proper care and take care of or help with your pain . Going to an other place for pain management. Waist of time , nerves and hope to get help, same as if you beat your head to the wall . Disappointed!

I have to give a middle of the road rating. The first Dr. I saw was a NP. He was very concerned with my situation and immediately had answers for me. I don't need any adjustments or anything to do pain meds. My issues are trying to get some nerve blocks. The first Dr. was awesome. Then I got shuffled off to Dr. Parmar. I think I could probably hold my breath for as long as my appointments have been. He just shuffles me out the door as fast as he can. I don't get it. My insurance probably doesn't pay much so I'm only allowed 3 minutes of his time. So there's good and bad

I have been given the run around about my lower lumbar pain for years. I was referred to Dr. Parmar’s office where I had an MRI ordered that same day and when I came back a week later for the results I had a full diagnosis, received multiple steroid injections and now have an epidural scheduled this week. I couldn’t be more pleased with all of the drs there and the staff!! Reading some of these reviews had me really questioning whether or not this dr would be a good match. His office was not a good match...it’s a perfect match.

I went to these doctors for a while and they were great to me! I only quit them because I had to move back east. I have been out of the area for about 7 yrs. now and have been reading the reviews!! I am so sad to hear that the office staff is so rude to the patients!! But, I can tell you this; I live in Oklahoma and since the so-called opioid epidemic; pain management places everywhere are getting terrible! The doctors are afraid of losing their licenses and sometimes, scared people do drastic things.

I've read all of the reviews for this place. They all sound pretty much the same. My experience here is that my appointments all have been scheduled properly, I haven't had long waiting time before seeing the doctor. The two doctors I've seen there are Dr Paramar and Dr Diya. Both doctors have been good experiences so far. I've gotten shots in a timely manner and prescription refills in a timely manner as well. The staff in the back helping the doctors have been nice to me with no problems. Now that we are done talking about the good stuff the only bad I experienced was with

Worst place ever. Parmar just cares about making money. Doesn't care about his patients at all. He just keeps hiring more doctors and taking more new patients. They see over 60 people a day. Parmar is always push new procedures and operations. It's all about money, money, money. In the last 9 years I have been seeing him he grew from one small office to a very large plush office, a surgery center, and a urgent care. He needs to stop taking patients and take care of the ones he has. His office staff is a bunch of lazy women. They will lie and say they did something and haven't. I

I have never seen or heard a nursing staff so unprofessional and unorganized they put you on hold and they can't remember that your on hold and to top it off they schedule you for your appointment but always calls you in an hour half- 2hours after your appointment. Then when you have to get injections you have to call your self to the northwest surgery center to make the appointment and they want to schedule your appointment 2 months away. It makes you wonder where doctor Ashok Pamar find these nurses.

If there were a negative rating.. On the employees ALONE....
They could care less about their patients!!
The lazy employees can't be bothered to park away front the front of the building or in front of the surrounding physicians offices...
And to think... They are a Pain Management facility..
patients with OBVIOUS issues.. If they can be this inconsiderate, how do you think they treat the patients face-to-face?????
Think about it!?!?!?!

Save your self the trouble from staff contradicting themselves, lying to shut you up, and assuming when tests ordered show the reason for having wasted months there. Better Business Bureau is more than aware as I contacted them for lack of patient privacy amongst a list of factual information I was Able to provide. The staff needs to do some hard reflecting on themselves to be sure they are educated enough to one obtain the position and do the job duties that fall under whatever job they were hired for, gossip not being one. Andrea I believe is her name processes refills is by far the most unprofessional

I get very tired of people who write negative reviews and say only negative things about pain management doctors. These doctors spend most of their day dealing with drug seeking patients and it's hard sometimes for them to weed out the true people in pain. Dr. Parmar is an excellent Doctor. He has relieved my pain for over six years. Thanks to him I was able to lose 30 pounds because I am now mobile again. Admittedly his office staff is a little slow and sometimes not responsive to phone messages. Additionally I have been told that other people had trouble with their appointments being changed

I have been going to Dr.Parmar for 5 years and I have had no problems with Dr.Parmar he has always treated me very well he is a very busy man so I see Dr.patel and I also seen Dr. Paxton he was a very good doctor and help me get through some stuff my sick husband was going through before my husband passed away this may. The staff now needs to work on there manners. They also need to learn how to answer the dang phones when you are trying to call in and let them know your medicine is due. But every one the doctors are not God they can only due so much. So give them a break.
