John Fine, LMT is a wonderful, professional massage therapist. I am a massage therapist, and can be quite fickle. John gave me a great massage. He was able to work deep on my problem areas, (shoulder and hips) yet he left time to work more gently so I had an opportunity to relax. The following day I felt amazing. He’s busy, but worth the wait.

My upper shoulder muscles needed a sports massage. John started carefully and worked up the intensity as the muscles relaxed. He knew which muscles needed attention and the right level of pressure. It worked. A week later I went back for his help on loosening up thighs and hips from the tightness that miles of running caused. Again - great job.

John's motto "the best massage of your life" is the TRUTH! I have chronic neck and back issues and John's knowledge and craft has changed my life. I have much more range of motion in my neck and am in virtually no pain after seeing him on a consistent basis John always knows what techniques to use to help me, whether it is cupping, scraping, hot stones or just manual massage. One size does not fit all and John is always learning new techniques to stay on the cutting edge in helping his customers live better and feel better. I can not recommend him enough!

I went to John because I wanted to combine physical therapy with massage therapy to accelerate the rehab process from a shoulder injury. John is knowledgeable in kinesiology. His massage therapy decreased inflammation, increases circulation, and efficiently repairs damaged muscle and fascia. The recovery promoted through massage therapy has allowed the physical therapy process to progress faster. In addition, John's calm and relaxation of massage puts the body into a healing state. John targeted soft tissue work to release tight muscles that limited my ability to move the shoulder blade. Immediately

My husband was super sore and unable to move his neck properly for days after doing way too much in. A work out. One session with John and he feels great. He was recommended by a lady that lives in my building over the summer and we were back and forth on whether or not he should go in and try it. Well he came out singing praises :). John is a consummate professional. This was the first massage I had in months since the pandemic and it was worth the wait. He prepared a very comfortable, spa like experience complete with diffusing of essential oils and warm towels. I appreciated his adherence and support of safety protocols and it was one of the best massages I had in years. I can't wait to book my next one! Definitely doing 90 minutes next time.

Had my first massage with John last week. Wow! What an experience. He is AMAZING and then some. Forget every massage you have ever had. I assure you your expectations are too low. The professionalism and expertise with which John approaches his craft is second to none. Exceptional! Best massage I’ve ever had! I was traveling for work and made a last minute appointment for a 30 minute neck and shoulder massage. It was so incredible I came back two days later for a 90 minute full body! I will definitely be booking a massage with John every time I am in town.

John is utterly amazing! He is thorough and makes sure he knows exactly what you want and most need. His care and experience are evident. He offers many options including hot stones, warm towels, home massage, aroma therapy, etc. He'll check in with you to make sure you're comfortable and that pressure is appropriate. He actively listens to his clients. We've had a lot of massages from skilled therapists; he is by far the very best. We highly recommend him to anyone needing or wanting a high quality massage!
