My wife and I first met Alex at an open house she held at her office. It was not only an open house but she was honoring our military soldiers as well. We chatted with her about our need for trusts and was very impressed with her knowledge of protecting our assets, our gun rights and legal matters. She took the time necessary to explain everything as we went through the complicated processes. She is a huge supporter of our 2nd amendment and our military. Alex Kincaid is the best. I live a good distance from her firm, and needed help setting up a trust. We set up a time, and talked for a while by phone about the trust, what I needed, and what I did not. She is very knowledgeable, was willing to take the time to understand my needs, answer all my questions, and explain what would be best for me. My family has been dealing with Alexandria Kincaid Law for years. Alex has been the best possible attorney we could hope for. She has done all our estate planning, gun trusts, and dealt with any legal issues we have had. She and her staff are easy to work with, extremely intelligent, and always work to resolve any issues we have had quickly and efficiently. No one ever wants to have to deal with legal issues.
