As an estate attorney who has been assisting clients throughout Western Pennsylvania through the probate estate administration process for more than 30 years, I have never dealt with a ruder and less accommodating funeral service in my entire career. Peggy represented herself to me as the owner of the business and told me she would not email or fax a copy of the death certificate that we needed in order to open the decedent's estate despite the fact that, when I called there, I had our mutual client on the phone with me. Her attitude and behavior were, frankly, rather bizarre and certainly not

My father was recently cremated. He chose this company before he passed. My issues with them started with the pricing scheme. They charge an extra $100 for VA services stating in their literature that a flag and coordination of memorial service with the VA is included. I know the flag is provided free of charge by the VA and scheduling a service time can be done online in a few minutes. My aunt transported his ashes and my husband worked with the color guard and VA coordinator to facilitate the order of the service. Basically the crematory did nothing extra for my $100. Also, they don't return
