MLP Tax & Financial Services, Inc. was founded in 2004 by Leslie Proceviat and Mary-Ann Ross. Prior to 2004, their services were provided as employees of both public and private financial services companies. The creation of MLP was motivated by their desire to maintain a personal level of service with their clients, many of whom have been clients for over 30 years!
MLP specializes in Asset Management and will provide ongoing review of your existing investment portfolios, including semi-annual portfolio review and reporting, new product updates (only products that match your investment goals, unless otherwise requested), and personal attention to providing information on areas of interest that best suit your investment objectives.
Tax considerations play a key role in every financial move you make. MLP offers consulting, tax planning and tax preparation for individuals and small businesses. Our emphasis is on proactive planning designed to minimize your tax liabilities and maximize your after-tax wealth. Our tax consultants will create individualized plans and recommend tax-saving strategies which incorporate the most recent changes to the tax code.
Financial Planning is one of the most important steps in developing a plan for your financial future. Our financial planners will assist with creating a "road map" which will document your current standings, pinpoint strengths and weaknesses and establish a plan to assist with accomplishing your financial goals.

We have done business with MLP for about 30 years now! The are hardworking and friendly. We have always felt that our taxes were done well above the norm. I'm sure that over the years we have saved way more than the cost. The financial services they provide has helped us invest our money wisely. We have done very well with their advice! We recommend them to anyone who needs good financial advice.
