Dr. Stoll is a graduate of Rutgers University in New Jersey and pursued his Doctorate at Temple University. While in medical school, he was twice elected class president and then became elected as student body president. Following graduation, Dr. Stoll pursued a residency at New York Medical College at Our Lady of Mercy Hospital and was privileged to continue with a trauma care program at Lincoln Trauma Center in the Bronx, New York.
Paces Pavilion has two main entrances. The South entrance is the fastest way to this office. It is the second entrance. This allows you to park in a handicap or close area near Peachtree Pediatrics. When you come into the main lobby, the elevator will quickly take you to the third floor, where an automatic door will open towards the office.

The worst place to go, they try to charge you upfront for X-rays both times I went and my insurance ended up covering the total amount. Like really?
Also, I over paid on my co-pay per my insurance statement and they promised to call me back after I called twice, nope I didn't get a call back. Then I called again and I'm still waiting for my reimbursement.
Money grabber this place is! Check y'all insurance to see what's covered yourself bc they lie!

I had an appointment for weeks with Dr Stoll, only to arrive and I was informed he "was not there on Fridays"! What? They then offered me Dr Jones who was there that day. After taking xrays she informed me I had "flat feet", did not see anything other than that. Her remedy? Orthotics and to purchase their brand of some vitamin crap for $40. I went there because of severe foot pain on the top of my foot! She insisted it was because if my flat feet..

I was very impressed with Dr. Jones. I came to her with a hard-to-diagnose stress fracture. She was very careful in arriving at a diagnosis, clear in communicating and extremely patient with explanations and with my questions. She treated me AND my foot with care, skill and compassion. Yelp helps! I'm newer to town and my foot started HURTING. Dr. Lay diagnosed a plantar plate tear with in house X-ray and started conservative treatment. Two shots, three visits and a few prescriptions later I am from a 9 in pain to a 1! Highly recommend him as a dr. Heads up: gotta pay for parking.

I have been seeing Dr. Stoll for more than two years now; when I first went to him, my feet and toes were a hot mess. My feet hurt in shoes when I walked any distance. I must admit that I was not the best at trimming my toenails either. I never realized that proper trimming leads to happy toes and feet. Dr. Stoll worked miracles on my feet.
Additionally, he has a wonderful patient relationship and is most professional. The office personnel are helpful and courteous as well.
I recommend Dr. Stoll most highly and without reservations.

I contacted them about laser toe treatment. They told me they provided this service. Then I asked if they take medicare/medicade. They said they did. When I saw the doctor, he told me they did not take this form of payment for this service. It was a scam to get me in their office. I do not like being deceived. I would not recommend this place.

I came to Dr Lay after being treated by 4 previous doctors for my ankle. I was running my 4 miles back in march & twisted my ankle and have been out of commission every since. I've been to a chiropractor, physical therapist, orthopedic surgeon, and my regular dr. After 7months w/ 4 doctors & dealing w/ x-rays, MRI's I was still in a lot of pain. When he came into the room the first time we met and asked me what can he do for me I replied "FIX ME". He laughed and did more x-rays and checked me out he opted to give me a steroid shot & steroid pills. Long story short

Every time I come I wait at least 45 minutes in the office. On this visit they want payment for the last visit (a few days ago) even though I have NOT received a formal invoice in the mail - they want me to believe them and pay an outstanding balance. I'm in the office because my child's foot infection remains despite 2 rounds of antibiotics. The administrators say they won't let my child see the doctor without payment of the bill (which is so recent the insurance company hasn't even processed it). This is insane. I feel like I am a hostage to their inane billing practices. My insurance company

I don't know where to start about how happy I am to have finally come here, but I'm glad I did. During way too many years that I care to recollect of having problems with my feet (don't ever wear too small of shoes! Ever!), I've seen about 3 or 4 different podiatrists. None of them were able to help me long-term, and since I started to feel that podiatrists in general don't know what they're doing I didn't bother to look for another one.

What a waist of my time and money today. I went in to see DR. Skoll today and was told when I got there that I was seeing another doctor. When I called I had asked specifically for Dr. Skoll. I was already there so I said fine.
Staff is friendly but did not seem to be that knowledgeable. I found it odd that they wanted to get X-rays before I had even seen the doctor but okay, I went with it. I was there for a second opinion and wanted a non biased opinion, which I had told them but they had to have asked me over six times what the other doctor said.

I had been seeing another doctor for my broken heels and shattered feet. The other doctor had suggested amputation of my right leg below the knee. I decieded to seek out another opinion or two. When i met Dr Stoll and his staff right away they made me feel like everything was going to be ok. Dr Stoll gave me a great second opinion I stayed with him through the recovery of my feet. They always encouraged me by letting me know that there is no reason for amputation and that my life would carry on. Had I not found Dr. Stoll I would be missing a leg.
