Trust me when I tell you if you want unprofessionalism , unreliability, Overprices for “trashy” service Come here to County waste!!
As a new homeowner I shouldn’t have experienced this . We literally have 4 filled bins on our property for over 3 weeks now
2 are from the previous owners
And 2 new bins from our New account
always bypassed and never picked up
They Created missed tickets But they surely sent a detailed bill
They are a joke
I urge you to shop around
Anyone that reads these reviews just go straight to Eastern Waste company, you won’t be disappointed !

Scheduled residential garbage pickups used to be Wednesday mornings. Lucky if we get a Wednesday afternoon for the last three months. Website tells you pickups are on schedule, but they show up Thursday mid-day or on Fridays. Today, Friday, our garbage has been sitting out there since Tuesday night. Numerous times, being that it's a windy area, it gets blown over, and/or the bears dig through it. Time for those who made the decision to give them the go ahead to be the only residential garbage pickup in the areas around to step up.

If you want to pay your bill and you don’t have your account number handy, you’re pretty much outa luck. No cross referencing with your address or your phone number Or even your name.... nope. ONLY your account number.
On the website, there is a phone number which is an automated phone system. That system does not make it clear- that at the end of each menu category you can speak to a customer service rep. If you hit zero you get a replay on the menu. It was only through frustration that I found that out. What’s so hard about saying” to speak to a customer

I've been trying to get in contact with them for the past 3hrs and they've been rejecting my call. The last person I spoke with was named David. All I wanted was for them to do a bulk pick-up. I'm a tenant in a small apartment that has access to a commercial dumpster unit. The man claimed that there was no unit at my address despite there being one and was uncooperative and I'm helpful. I hung up to get in contact with my landlord and when I've tried to call back my number has been rejected. The man provided no input or even an attempt at walking me through the process. In short, unprofessional
