Ric helped us out a great deal. With the price of health insurance going up every year and benefits going down we had to do something. I was doing research and came across Customheathplans.com. Reviews were very positive so I sent a request. Ric gave me a call not long after the request and gave us several options which were way better then our current PPO policy. Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the industry. I can say the other reviews I read where correct . Definitely worth giving him a call!!!

Our agent Mark S was fantastic! He explained everything about the different plans to both my husband and myself, and was readily available to answer any follow up questions. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Richard and Cheryl were fast and efficient when placing group health insurance for our company. All I wanted was to see price quotes for each of the plan from the different networks; instead, I was immediately bombarded by all the insurance representatives after providing the personal data from the health plan sites. I ignore all the calls and redirected them to my answering machine. I did a search on google to find which health insurance broker had the best review for service and Custom Health Plans, Inc popped up. I call them on a Friday and Mark Savoca answered my call.
