I own a logistics company. This Company is very unprofessional when it comes to small businesses. They will charge you professional CPA fees for there services and give you turbo tax effort. I had to get my taxes amended elsewhere and it cost me 900 dollars more but I got $9000 more on my return! STAY AWAY

I will not be coming back. I’m 22 so it’s not like I have a lot of things to be filed for my taxes but yet they charged me $300, THEN they filed my taxes thru the mail instead of electronically which is insane. We’re in a pandemic and the IRS has millions of backed tax returns so who knows when I’m going to get my return. That was something they really should have talked to me about. The only reason I gave them even two stars is because they always responded fast to my emails which was helpful.

Ridiculous experience this place is a joke. I was referred to this place for an "Alex", who apparently owns the company, and never once was able to speak directly with him, and who is the ONLY one who prepares all the taxes behind the scenes (Even though the Bio claims something they offer being Direct Communication). I dealt only with secretaries who used long hold periods, all had different difficult to understand accents, and spoke very unclearly, who directed me to the online portal to upload all my information. Once complete, I was called by varying people all who had different roles
