Since starting her business in 1990, Vicki Suiter has helped hundreds of contractors and designers build solid foundations for their businesses, run operations more efficiently, and achieve the kind of success they never dreamed possible. She - and the companies she works with - consistently create break- through results because Vicki helps her clients through instruction - not by direction.
The following is Vicki's story of starting this business, originally as Suiter Financial Systems in 1990, and then the change to Suiter Business Builders in 2014. This is her personal journey from "accidental entrepreneur" to successful business consultant, coach and international speaker. Months earlier, I was pregnant and happily working 60-hour weeks as the controller for a national training company.

The truth is, most business owners know a lot about what they do - but not a lot about how to run a business from the "whole", and not being able to see clearly those factors that are driving their success or failure.

We'd already been working with Vicki Suiter for several years when the recession hit. Because of Vicki, we hadn't blown through our profits in the good years. We already had a governor on our spending; and when business turned down, we had enough to keep us afloat.
