If you are thinking of purchasing anything from this company, DON'T. I ordered a large order of 12oz beer mugs for several events. Although they promised to ship in time (which they did), they were NOT 12oz mugs. I tried to pour a 12oz beverage in the mug but still had 2oz that would not fit.
We wanted a larger mug because our 10oz mugs we had were too small. So now I have a lot of mugs the same small size.
How can they lie on their website??
Along with that they kept changing the price every time I talked to them. The price should be what is on the website. I understand rush orders

I had a great experience with Bart at Identity Links! They were so easy to work with and got my proofs back to me very quickly. Even better they got my stuff to me in about nine days, which was amazing because I totally ordered them with almost no time before my event.

I can't thank Identity Links enough for the last order I placed. I had tried placing an order with another company, and it was a nightmare from the beginning. I work for an alliance of non-profit networks that cover LA County, and for one of our programs we wanted to distribute some program-branded baby products. I had to come in and write a review on this company as they just screwed me over. I placed an order for mouse pads well over a month ago to be ready and shipped to my office by today between 6am and 8:30am, and i was promised this by Mark and Mike. Well, its 10:12am and no delivery at my door.
