Jeff Keene started J K Trucking in May of 1993. J K Trucking partnered and leased their trucks with Camrett Logistics from 1995 to 2008. Camrett Logistics located in Wytheville, VA was founded by Collin Peel in 1995 and was later awarded the honor of Virginia's Fantastic Fifty (top fifty fastest growing companies in Virginia) J K Trucking served as a major part of Camrett's expedite trucking division.
J K Fast Freight is a premier expedite trucking company that has been in the transportation business since 1993. We were known as J K Trucking for the first sixteen years, before changing our name. Our primary focus is expedite freight. We have always met our clients transportation needs, in a safe, timely, and cost effective manner.
J K Fast Freight continually aspires to be on the cutting edge with the most up to date office systems and software, as well as the latest GPS and mapping technology. We always conduct thorough background checks on all of our potential employees, checking driving records and criminal history. As safety is our number one goal, we continually service our trucks and equipment on a regular basis, conducting weekly equipment checks.
J K Fast Freight understands the costs associated with the expedite industry. That's why we offer a more competitive rate than the industry average, and that distinguishes us from other companies. In most cases we are twenty cents per mile under the industry average, and that is extremely cost effective for you.
