Very please with Lumax and how they handle everything. They always kept me in the loop with timeframe and even stayed late so I could pick up my mower. This was actually the second place I took my mower, the first shop had the incapacity to help with warranty work and said i was 100% at fault: a new engine was $500-700, not with Lumax. Lumax got the job done and I didn't pay a penny out of pocket because it was indeed covered under factory warranty and not my fault. Thanks again you just saved me lots of money and i will be back!

This company took over 2 months to repair our mower. My husband had to call weekly, then daily for updates. They kept having excuse after excuse (parts, etc). We have used them in the past and had a better experience, but it just seemed like communication (on their part) was very poor this time. Felt like we were never going to get it back!

Recently I had my zero turn mower, which I purchased from Lumax, in for service. After keeping my mower for several days I was told that they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Ok, I can understand that, but what I can't understand is this. My mower was Clean, full of gas, and had properly inflated tires. Upon its return it was filthy, out of gas, and the right front tire was completely flat. There were inches of dried out grass within, under, and even on the top of the mower. They claimed that they ran my mower for an hour, but it takes several hours to completely empty a tank on a Toro Zero

I had the following issue with Lumax that was not solved in a satisfactory way:
I had a mower that needed warranty service. I was told over the phone that pickup and delivery would be covered under warranty.
After my mower was serviced and delivered, they required the pickup and delivery fee. I spoke to a manager who was not understanding and simply threatened to hold my mower hostage until I paid the fee.
