Dr. St. John was able to diagnose my problem very quickly and recommend a treatment plan. He performed a spinal epidural and my back pain lessened the same day. Dr. St. John is a terrific doctor and orthopedic surgeon. His staff is courteous and treated me with kindness and compassion. I recommend this practice to anyone with back pain.

Nurses were fire the Dr. that I was appointed was very fast and seam like it was in a rush and of really of not much concern of my physical issues, she acted very business aimed maybe is the pandemic or I just don't don't understand what was her vibe that day. The local is very fancy and hygienic and fancy bottom line I really didn't felt I got much help except a brief review of my back issues and then was taken to the X room which it was great and very hygienic also the information that I got I kinda all already now from Dr.Raleigh is old advice nothing new at all to me and my family not what

My husband and I are long-time patients of Dr. Pollack. He is very friendly and patient with us every time we see him. I have trusted him with two surgeries and have had excellent outcomes. We have complemented Dr. Pollack in person and he told us that he loves his job. We can tell that he does. We will continue seeing him when we need him.

Excellent experience from start to finish! The office is very efficient, and everyone I encountered was professional, competent, and caring. I was even able to get an appointment the same day which was amazing as I was in a tremendous amount of pain. Dr Pollack is excellent and I highly recommend MidJersey Ortho.

The doctor's and team of people working there are very knowledgeable friendly and confident in the care for patients. They helped diagnose and treat number of pain related issues I've been concerned about for quite some time. They say they prefer physical therapy over prescription treatment. I was thrilled with that. Too many struggling due to poor treatment; not there.

I visited Mid Jersey Orthopaedics for a chronic hamstring pain - Dr Robert More was very kind, compassionate and took time to diagnose and explain everything about the injury as well as treatments. He, especially, made sure I’ll get my MRI results because I was unable to answer their calls as I was at work. Dr More took time to call me after my work hours. That’s how good and caring he is. Highly recommended. The best!

Horrible!!! Staff does not return calls and when they do it is to try and cover-up their inefficiencies. Speak to staff on a Friday May 24, 2019 and confirm insurance should be approved by following Tuesday. Call Tuesday to follow-up and told "no request has been made. Sorry. I went home early that day." This is after waiting 11 days!!! Ask to speak with Supervisor and leave A voice mail. NEVER receive a return call. Incompetence, lies and deflection by staff trying to "CYA." Talk about "Room Temperature IQ!" Save yourself and family additional pain and avoid

All I can say is what a top notch facility between the actual facility and the friendly staff . The check in process was quick and easy and I didn't have to wait long at all . After I was called back to exam we went over a few things with my health history and then went for updated X-rays . The dr eiman Shafa then came into see me and we assessed the problem and came up with a game plan. He explained everything very well and made suggestions. So my overall experience was pretty good .
