I reached out to Jeff with the issue I had,he said he would do his best,he went above and beyond going so far as to take my USB drive apart solder pieces together and was able to save 4 years worth of work...extremely helpful,very communicative,and reasonably priced this could have cost me 1000'S in lost work BUT Jeff saved me...A+++++

Jeff is absolutely amazing. Today I reached out to Jeff over social media to talk to him about possibly buying a laptop because the computer I am working with crashed since day one and no one could figure out what was wrong with it. Owning a family owned business I live on my computer I use it all day long. I have had to use a "back door" method to just get it to turn on. I have been to many different people including GEEK squad no one would help me. Every time I would go to others they would insist I just buy a new computer. Not Jeff even being 2 hours away he spoke to me over the phone and walked

After reading the response to my review prompted me to find the receipt. I was wrong on the price that I was charged. The receipt says $75. (3/8/2010 RECEIPT # 082141) BUT, over a month of collecting dust, one and a half hours of (diagnostics) with only 15 minutes of battery time left on the PC when I took it to you, and the power cord would not work, (does not add up)! All you wanted was to trade labor for my laptop! IN THE END ALL YOU WANTED WAS MY LAPTOP! Will this old man didn’t fall for it. Again, BEWARE! Jim & Robin

Several years back I took our laptop I took this guy, the power cord got hit and must of broke something and would no longer charge the battery or work at all with the computer. The battery only had (15 minutes left) when I took it to him. First off, he had my computer for over a month, long enough to collect dust on it. He said he couldn’t fix it when I went to see him because I got tired of calling him. He also said he would take my computer in (trade) for the cost of the work he done, little over $200.00. He told me he did an hour and a half of Diagnostics on it, HOW? 15 minutes of battery
