Only one word.... OUTSTANDING! They have OUTSTANDING customer service! They were OUTSTANDING in pricing! And they were OUTSTANDING in timelines! They were the only place in town that would take on a unique old classic engraving of a classic car dash plaque from the factory for my classic car. They did it with confidence and accuracy. It looks just like it came from the factory over 40 years ago! The time he quoted was more than reasonable, however he had the project done 2 days early! Wonderful experience! They engraved a curved watch for me in one day at a very reasonable price. I had been turned away, or quoted at a few hundred dollars by other places. They were nice, straightforward, and handled the watch with care. Highly recommend!

Quick turnaround, which was great, but the engraving was not well done. The letters weren’t lined up evenly at the base and no space was put between the comma after the day and year in the dates. That is a pretty basic printing rule. It looks tacky. Very pricey and no offer of a discount for the poor quality. Won’t be coming back.

Awesome Service. Had a different kind of request for an engraving. They got creative and made it look awesome and completed it right away, same day within an hour. I would definitely go back if I need any kind of engraving.
