I strongly endorse the use of Detroit Airport Towncars--a very professional, high-end company, from the booking experience to the actual service. I have been using their service for years. On my most recent trip back to the US, Vladimir, the driver, was very patient regarding the arrival delay. I was initially concerned, but he kept close tabs on the arrival time and contacted me to assure me he would wait, even with the long customs check. The weather during the drive was very icy and stormy. We even saw two accidents along the way, but Vladimir was clearly a very experienced driver and steered

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IF YOU PLAN ON PAYING IN CASH! I reserved a ride online, 24 hours in advance. When you select the pay with cash option, you still need to enter your credit card information. They claim it is to secure your trip, and your card won't be charged. Lo and behold, I paid in cash, and I still got charged (not a pending charge, it went through) on my card. If you use this company, you'll have to watch them like a hawk to make sure they don't double charge you.

Our family of four used this service to get an early ride from Toledo to DTW. Dennis arrived at my hotel early, the car was appropriately sized, clean, and very comfortable. We picked up remaining family members and made it to the airport safely (rainy and dark conditions) in plenty of time. I would book here again.

I booked a taxi for travel across the US/Canadian border for myself and a family member using my credit card in May 2021. Driver arrived late for scheduled pick up by 10-15 minutes (not a big deal). On the drive he asked how we would be paying and when I advised I had booked with my credit card, he told me there was a hold on my card only, which would be lifted same day if I paid him in cash. When I maintained that I would prefer to use my credit card on file, he said he would have to take a photo of my credit card on his cell phone in order for me to do that. My driver Mike was more than helpful to me.
After he picked me up at the airport and on our way to my destination I realized I had lost my wallet. I was devastated. I immediately got on the phone with the airlines to report.
Mike dropped me off at my destination an hour north of the airport.
Within a couple hours I received a phone call from Detroit Airport Town Cars telling me they found my wallet in the back seat. I never really lost it!!!!
Anyway Mike drove all the way back to my drop off point on his own time with his two kids to deliver my wallet to me. Very very grateful.

We booked one day in advance of our trip to the airport from Novi. It was a very simple process online to get a quote back within an hour. The driver was professional and ON TIME! Early as a matter of fact and we left at 6:45am. Price was very fair. We will use the service again.

Ordered this car service when I couldn't find the number of the last service we used and I am so happy we did. Our car was immaculate and our driver was top notch. He was very personable and professional. He was the best driver I have had yet for airport service. I will definitely be using them again.
