This was quite possibly the worst shopping experience in my life. The employee checking me out gave me false information about purchasing and price matching. I was using the account that I have that gives 20% off each person and she claimed she didn’t know what I was talking about. Then, once I explained it to her, she said I just had to put in my… email, but there was never an option to do so. Avoid shopping online here at all costs! My item arrived damaged multiple times and returns are a disaster. I returned an item yet I am still being charged for it. I have contacted their customer service repeatedly and they say they issued a refund but the charge is still there. Their customer service is horrible.

I placed two online orders that each qualified for $100 My Funds rewards. I only received one email saying that I received $100, not $200. I went to a Bed Bath and Beyond store and they could not assist me, and advised me to call the 1-800 number. I wanted to use the $200 reward toward the purchase of a single item, so I did not use the reward that… day. I received a nice expensive waffle maker for Christmas. First use the handle cracked and broke. Took it to store and was told since it was gift and a don’t have proof of purchase. There's a lovely, trustworthy and amazingly efficient individual named Kristen who solves issues seamlessly so that customers feel respected and taken care of. In this manner, this store becomes one of your favorite BBB locations.
To contrast the mpeccable individualized attention, it is spacious, large and well attended to. The only suggestion I would make is that they should consider offering very basic makeup in their health / beauty section as well as an expanded gourmet food section including teas as was the case in the Westbury location. GOOD DEAL ! After a long day doing and seeing lots of stuff on our 3rd day in New York we were walking along Broadway to our apartment at the Hotel Beacon. I had a few cans of good craft beer stashed in the fridge but no decent glass to put them in. My wife and I decided to have one more look in a store....this Bed Bath & Beyond. WHOO HOO...within a very short time I found exactly what I wanted...a stemmed beer glass & cheap at under 6 bucks. I only needed this glass while we were entrenched in our hotel...it was not going on the plane home with us. Hey it did the job !

Love me some BBB but had a frustrating experience here today. I saw a product I wanted was available at the store (just one left), so I went to try and find it since I had some in store coupons. Asked an employee where I could get it, as it said it was available for pickup at this location. She said it was not in the store, rudely, and just seemed annoyed by my presence. Luckily I don't live too far so I ordered it for pickup and went right back to get it about 30 min later. If I had traveled from farther away I'd be quite upset.

This store is a disaster sine they reorganized it. Very limited selection. Merchandise not grouped together. Was looking for command hooks, they were spread out in 4 different locations. The self checkout is fine for one or two items, but for a lot of items it doesn't work. Multiple items would not scan, had to keep waiting for someone to come over. Register kept freezing up, it took way too long to checkout.

I stopped at bbb on the upper west side to tag along with a friend but as always i cant leave empty handed .nice size store with the full array of goods for the bathroom , bedroom , kitchen and the rest of the home or apt. it was not that crowded on a friday morning so i was able to roam around freely while following social distancing . got a hall rug, bathroom rug, new shower head, and a few trinkets for the kitchen and all set me back 165 bucks . really not sure if i need another rug for the hall or for the bathroom but i enjoyed playing hooky from work for a few hours .4.stars on my yelp meter

The 15 dollar delivery service is so unreliable. Just pay for a cab and deliver it yourself. They didn't show up or call me to tell me they weren't coming, I had to call customer service many times, they kept moving the window back ruining my Saturday. Again, Horrible service. Just pay for a cab and take it home yourself.

I won't mention the names. On line shopping with Bed Bath and Beyond is very convenient too. I've never been disappointed.

Love BBB and have been going to this location since it opened and shopping with them in general for more than 15yrs. It's great to have a store like this on the westside without having to trek all the way down to Chelsea or crosstown. BBB is good if you want quality items for your home; for things that don't last long anyway or if you do not need them to be of quality, I would buy them cheaper elsewhere. The layout of this location is just plain bizarre. I get it. Its Lincoln Sq, square footage is hella expensive and the design team had to make the best of the raw space they started with...but MAN
Venturing into this subterranean labyrinth of a chinese maze they call a floor plan will leave you confused, confounded, slightly amused and a lil bit lost.
You won't be alone, tho; you'll actually bond with other lost souls you'll repeatedly pass desperately trying to find their way thru this matrix to an exit or a register.

I became enamored with the store when my oldest went to SUNY Albany. We stopped into our local store in Lake Grove and packed up the SUV with towels, bedding and other items for his new home away from home.
