We grew up riding 4 wheelers and dirt bikes and off-roading it all over Indiana. Additionally, as born and raised Hoosiers, we know the value of a dollar, and what it means to work hard. Creating family memories and having fun with ATVs, dirt bikes, scooters, mopeds and Segways shouldn't cost an arm and a leg.
My husband and I went shopping here for our two sons. We found them to be very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of our questions and really helped us in making the right choice for our kids. This includes orders picked up at any of our warehouses, our distributor warehouses, manufacturer warehouses, or any of our retail stores. When you order through us, your order is processed immediately (Rush Processing) at no additional charge.
We do Price Match. Make sure the product you would like to price match is identical to our competitor's product (it must be a matching brand with identical model number, year, and color). If there is an extra charge required to make the competitors product identical to ours, such as warranty, shipping, rush processing, MSO fee, etc., those additional cost must be added to their advertised price.

The ordering process went pretty smoothly but delivery and receiving the item was a whole different story. I thought it’d be a smooth transaction considering all the good reviews but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I finally received the item only for it to run for an hour then not crank at all. My son was devastated as this was his Christmas gift. Turns out some wires completely tore apart from riding for one hour. Mind you it’s a 5 year old riding at a slow speed. Getting in touch with someone was the hardest part. Finally was able to get in touch with their mechanic but he was no help

Joe was absolutely fantastic to do work with. The first go kart I ordered was cancelled due to recently being out of stock. Joe went above and beyond to find me other options. Once I found the right one, he had it delivered to my home to ensure I had it before Christmas! He provided me with all the information I need to assemble, as well as the mechanic’s phone number. I look forward to my next purchase with Birdys!

My go-kart I bought in the fall of 2020 had nothing but issues from the start. The mechanic was very helpful. Go-kart was taken back in in Oct to be fixed and they kindly tried to fix it. Then it had to be returned again in November of 2020 to be fixed - IT'S STILL THERE! (Or at least it better be) It had been driven probably no more than 10 times. I have received very little help with getting it back and now my emails, texts, calls are not being returned. Extremely unhappy with my purchase and the lack of effort to resolve my problem. My understanding is there are issues with getting a new engine

I was searching for a scooter, I don't live far from work and driving my truck made no sense. I also realized there wasn't a good scooter store near me in Utah, so I knew I would need the item shipped. There were a lot of stores I searched through, I researched like crazy and left messages for multiple scooter companies, and the only one to get back AND did so immediately, was Birdy's. Joe reached out to me and was incredibly responsive and helpful! I could tell immediately he had immense knowledge regarding Mopeds and more! Bought and had 2 Cougar Eagle 150 scooters shipped from Joe. He answered all my texts within minutes with any questions I had. They came pretty well packed and within days! Had to call service with questions twice and both times issues were easily solved. I would recommend and definitely repurchase from them in the future.

My husband and I searched a few days for the perfect ATV to buy for our 4 year old daughter for Christmas. We looked at several different companies and contacted multiple different people. We came in contact with Joe at Birdy’s and he was nothing short of a great sales person. I told him what we were looking for and he immediately started sending me pictures of everything he had in stock that met our needs. After speaking with him, I knew this was where we would be doing business. Customer service was amazing and the prices were a few hundred dollars cheaper than we had looked at other places

This company is hands down one of the best. The communication is phenomenal and they take care any questions or concerns you have. THE SHIPPING OF THE BIKE IF NOT IN STOCK is my only complaint. It seems to take forever. However these are in high demand so expect a wait time. Over all I would recommend Birdy's 100%

Joe is phenomenal. Came to his shop for us to pickup our son's ATV when the shop was closed. Walked me through the particulars of the ATV. Provided mechanic info with any issues. When I buy mine, I know where I'm going. Our Sons helmet ended up being too small and Joe said bring it in and he will exchange it. Our son loves taking his sister around the neighborhood and tbh I think she wants one too
