The night time help didn't say awake and slept on my bed while I was having to sleep in a recliner. There was always hair and dirt on my bed. They would fall asleep or kept head phones where they could not hear my calls for help. They kept sending different people when we asked that they not do that due to COVID. Out of all the people they sent, there was only one that was good at her job. I've since had to use help in my home again, and I'm not using Daybreak this time and am more satisfied with another provider, AmeriCare.

Coker and his staff took great care of my mother in law for several years. They were very accomodating on making sure that they had great caregivers that matched the personality that best fits that of my mother in law. She was able to stay in her home and not have to go to a nursing home. Thank you!

Day Break was fine but sometimes they could not find someone when we needed them. Some caregivers fell asleep on the floor, one refused to cook, one stayed on her phone and another watched TV a lot. I tried to tell one caregiver that you do not correct patients with dementia and she responded with “ yes you do if they are wrong.” This caused more problems and extreme agitation. I called the office and told Amina, I believe, about the incident confidentially along with some family insight. I offered to have a friend well trained with dementia come talk to them. She refused and did not keep the

My father-in-law is such a wonderful man. He really was not too interested in a stranger coming to the house. Wow, did that change quickly! The caregivers at Daybreak genuinely love helping Ray. They go on short walks with the dog, prepare simple, yet nutritious meals, and generally keep him company as he wishes when no one is home during the day. It has been great for all of us...thank you, Daybreak!

DayBreak staff have been in many of the clients homes I serve and I always hear very kind and appreciative words from my family about the services and care their loved ones receive from this staff. I even have family members out of state who trust and are pleased with the care provided by DayBreak staff.. They are a great organization with great workers and I would not hesitate to recommend them to one of my families, in fact I have recommended them numerous times.
