Cascade tower and rigging has been a great company to work for. So much so, that even after Brad Buffalow had a very near miss potential crane collision on 6/11/21, they tried to rectify the situation by giving him another chance on another project. By this date Brad had already proven himself to operate the crane with carelessness and disregard for the safety and well being of other employees numerous time’s. Once the general contractors became aware of the sequence of events that had transpired over the course of the previous week and even off and on over the 3 months of his employment, Jackson

I can attest that brad was a exteremely poor operator that got fired for not only his attitude, but his dangerous actions while operating a crane. He didn't even finish one project before he was fired. There's a very good reason that he can't hold a job with one contractor. Above all cascade hires all union operators, Ironworkers and laborers on their staff. No one employed for them is of non union status.
