Services
Metal fabrication is when you cut, shape, or join metals together. For instance, the most common procedures include welding, drilling, stamping, punching, milling, and forging. Each of these metal fabrication processes uses a different type of machine to transform metals into a particular shape. Metal fabrication, milling and drilling are similar in that each uses a rotary tool to create holes in the metal.
Project Capabilities - Marstrand is proud to provide custom metal fabrication results like these to our customers. But we have many capabilities in-house to help rapidly complete your project (as you'll see below). Other metal fabricators may laser cut or laser punch, but we have it all under one roof.
Laser cutting and punching centers and two multibend centers dominate the equipment list at Marstrand Industries. Our RAS 79.22 Multibend centers are state of the art and one of only a few in the United States today. Other forming capabilities range from 60 through 400 ton press brakes. Marstrand boasts two Trumpf lasers and three Trumpf punching centers.
