In order to be seen for hormone replacement therapy, our office requires several pieces of documentation prior to your appointment. Stop by our office (no appointment necessary) prior to your HRT appointment to buy a saliva test kit. Pap smear report (dated less than 3 years prior (if no prior abnormalities) and 1 year prior (if last pap result was abnormal).

I had the worst experience with this office, the staff belittled me over the phone stating my chart says I pitched a fit for a free refill which I am pretty sure is unethically charged to patients. It is 90 for a Dr. Visit and 90 for a refill request not even seeing the Dr. His office manager called me rude, I spoke with the doctor and Dr told me he can tell by speaking to me that they didn't like me and he didn't either which I have never met this Dr. I only met his NP at another location. Worst place ever worst staff ever. I have never been treated so poorly.
