I needed a specimen willow oak that was at the end of a long life taken down. It was 13.5 feet around at the base and 70 to 80 feet tall. There was a neighbors fence 10 feet behind the tree and Will and Carl were able to drop each limb and take down the huge oak without damaging the fence. The whole crew worked together and did a 1st class job. I highly recommend Expert Tree Care LLC.

We had a tree fall on our house overnight that penetrated the roof. When we called they were able to reschedule another appointment and get to us before any rain was able to get into the house. They used proper safety gear and knew what they were doing. No further damage occurred while getting the tree off of the house. They also put a tarp and sand bags on the roof to prevent any water damage. I would recommend Will and his crew and will use them again if needed.

Will and his crew came in about 7:15am. I had a huge oak tree (probably close to 80-100 ft tall and over 100 years old) and a smaller tree to be taken down along with trimming another huge oak here in Prosperity, SC. The huge old oak had a double trunk and had a portion of one trunk split off and water damaged the tree beyond saving. Will and his crew took the trees down, took all limbs and trunks with them, grinded the stumps, cleaned up all remnants, and we’re quick and efficient. The worst customer service EVER, and THE most unprofessional company I've dealt with in a long time. Brittany asked me to send her pictures when I first called. I did. Two days later, she still hadn't replied as promised. I had to text her to ask what happened. She didn't reply. Then I had to call her, and she apologized and said she had gotten a new phone and didn't know how to use it, and she didn't know who the text was from so she didn't reply (yeah, that makes sense!).
