Founded in 1995, Window World started as a small roadside stand in Wilmington, NC and while it didn't look like much, founder Leon Whitworth had big plans for this company.

They were punctual with setting up my quote. They kept me up to date as far as getting the windows in. They helped me finance. The windows came in before expected. I got 11 windows and they were in and out in around 4 hours. I would 100% recommend Window World to anyone looking for high quality windows cheap!

If I could give ZERO STARS I would! This company has by far been the worst company I have ever done business with. Never again and I will never recommend this company to anyone.
We placed our order in July 2018 for 3 windows and siding for the front of our house. We were told 5-6 weeks from start to finish. After 3-4 different visits in November to install the windows each time the window didn't seem to fit. Either too small or too big. Miscommunication between the business office and the contractors has left us without interior trim for a bedroom because it was thrown away.

We've had window world out 4 times to try and get these 2 casements right and each time they make news ones something is wrong with them. The first 3 tries the fitment was to big so the interior left window was near impossible to open the latch. The grids on each window have also been crooked each time. Since these are glass packs there is no way to fix the grids without smashing the glass. Is there not quality control at the factories where these are made? The 4th time they came out (06/15/2018; 3rd time 05/03/2018, 2nd time 04/03/2018, 1st time 03/19/2018) with the windows opening on the opposite

5/16/16 - A different, more professional, crew showed up this morning to install the six windows that were correct. I sincerely hope that the same crew comes back to install the last one. They worked quickly to remove and install the windows and even calmed me down when I had a panic moment. I am so happy with my windows! For this reason (the second crew) I've updated my review. I can only give 4 stars because of the first crew and the fact that even though the owner promised to call me back, he never did.
