Recently parked in guertins lots for Woo Sox game. Was being run by a rude individual who
Has no business dealing with the public. He literally had us park 6 inches from the next car and having someone handicap and kids with me, it would have been more of an issue to relocate as he told me too. When I told him the car next me just hit my car, his response was...who cares, leave. Really. Never again and you shouldn't either.

We're very happy with our long-term relationship with Guertin's. We have ordered hundreds of t-shirts and some trophies, and all work has been top quality. Carol and Jaime have always helped us out with service that is both personal and professional. We would prefer to deal with local businesses, all things being equal or close, but in this case the results and value are the best we would find anyway!

If my order wasn't almost complete I would never have ordered T-shirt's from here. I had to make the forms for their graphic arts dept. to use- after I was told they would do that. Got the form from them and there were errors on it. I ended up doing my own forms because it takes weeks to get anything down here.

Despite the fair quality of products, the customer service remains lacking. The turn around time for orders placed is so slow despite only having minimum order numbers. They are also in the practice now of selling knock off merchandise on ebay, a clear violation of trademark and copyright laws. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
