Unfortunately I have repeatedly been given false information that has cost me thousands of dollars. I now have doctors bills to pay that should have been covered by the plan this group sold me.
After repeated attempts to get back in touch they finally returned my email, quoted me a new plan, and then took the quote back as inaccurate.
It’s up to me to fix anything and I’m still out thousands of dollars while I’m sure they have collected their commission. Will have to work through the BBB and the Department of Insurance now.

The agent took lots of time to thoroughly examine our options and introduced a brand new plan that will save us $4,000 a year as long as there isn't a major health event and if there is, the most we can lose over our old plan's cost per hear is only an extra $1,000 as the new plan's limit of cost to us is $5,000. I can't say enough for the agent we worked with nor the new drug costs. So far we are very happy with the new plan.

I Have known Jeff for quite awhile. So when my parents needed to renew their Medicare plan, I contacted Jeff at the Health Insurance Shoppe. Jeff gave up part of his weekend to meet with my parents at their home and explain the benefits of a Medicare Advantage Plan. Jeff was knowledgeable about the features and benefits and presented them in a way that was easy for my parents to understand.
Jeff has kept in touch and followed up to see if we had any questions about the plan. He was not pushy and made my parents feel much at ease with moving to a new type of Medicare plan.

I have enjoyed my association with the Health Insurance Shoppe. I am a very content customer. I appreciate being steered into a policy that reimbursed me for some dental expenses. I also appreciate comments made about my wife's non Medicare policy. It was also reassuring to be invited to a review of new national policies at the end of my first year as a customer. At that meeting I learned the Shoppe would help submit those requests for dental expense reimbursements. The gesture greased the rails gratifyingly.

I attended the webinar and found it supplied very explicit information about Medicare. Jeff also later spent over an hour in a one-on-one conference call helping with my decisions about how best to supplement my Medicare coverage, explaining the differences between Medigap & Mediare Advantage. I highly recommend Jeff Shell & the Health Insurance Shoppe.
