I am Suki Roth, founder and care-taker of Herb Haven, a vibrant teaching garden located in the Haw River Valley in Central North Carolina. The garden here is dedicated to the education, growth, and preservation of medicinal herbs. I am involved in the complete process of the production of our products.
Together, with the community who supports our mission here, we plant, grow, harvest, create, and package herbal medicines. I am a community practitioner, serving as educator, plant guide and herbal medicine consultant. I enjoy sharing my intuitive wisdom, knowledge of the plants and personal guidance with the wider community.

Services
The Apothecary at Herb Haven is where we create high quality teas, tinctures, salves and syrups from natural botanical ingredients. We make whole herb medicines directly from nature to create the most healing blends possible and we gratefully offer these to the wider community. We dry herbs from the garden in a heated drying room.
We lovingly hand-make our Herbal Products here in the Apothecary at Herb Haven. Many of these products are grown in the garden or sustainably wild harvested from our region. We use simple medicines directly from nature to create the most healing blends possible and we gratefully offer these to the wider community.
Herb Haven offers a wide variety of tinctures and glycerites under the label Suki's Blends. They are lovingly handcrafted here at Herb Haven. My plant extract formulas are prepared in small batches, specially formulated to maintain and restore optimal vitality and health. We choose plants at their peak of potency and blend them especially for you.
All of our teas are caffeine-free blends of the herbs grown in the Herb Haven Gardens, ecologically wildcrafted locally, or procured from trustworthy sustainable harvest suppliers. We dry and sift the herbs harvested here in order to prepare them to go into medicinal tea blends for you. The teas listed below are our standard blends available at local health food stores & health practitioners' offices.
We make several salves at Herb Haven. These are formulated to promote skin health and vitality. They assist with healing and soothing of skin conditions including wounds, scars, rashes, and irritation. Miracle Mend- (comfrey leaf, plantain leaf, vit E oil, lavender essential oil) this is an anti'septic blend specific for wounds, bruises, sprains, hemorrhoids, rash and poison ivy itch.
