His appreciation for the art of fine furniture kept him interested in pursuing a top of the line shop of his own. If you are looking for an upholstery company in the Naples area, look no further. The attention to detail that Wayne and Lori have is unparalleled. They take so much pride in their work and you can see it in the final product. We had to have some client's existing furniture re-upholstered and they ended up looking better than the original when we got them back. They take into account ever aspect and verify all details prior to fabrication. They brought up points I would of never even thought of. We can't wait to work with them again in the future, 10/10 would recommend !

I knew I was in good hands when Wayne spent a good hour with me discussing my project of re-upholstering 3 barstools with leather. Wayne took the time to explain all about leather, and the stitching involved in the project, and potential issues with the job. Both Wayne and Lori were very direct and comprehensive in their communication. Once we agreed on the details of the job, they gave me a date when it would be done. The bar stools were done on time as promised and Wayne even offered to deliver them to my house. I couldn’t be happier with the work and I love my barstools. I’m happy to recommend

Excellent work! Wayne and Lori Oetting, the owners, are a delight to work with. Their shop has extensive fabrics to choose from. I had 4 chair cushions (seat and back). I dropped off the cushions, and they were finished in four days! I would highly recommend them. PS. Wayne did a tremendous job reupholstering our dining room chairs! It was a very difficult project. The prior work completed years ago by someone else was poorly done, but Wayne was able to take them apart and rebuilt the cushions. They are like new and are beautiful! Wayne and Lori were wonderful to work with; they responded promptly and thoroughly to all our questions and requests, provided helpful suggestions, and the cost was very reasonable, particularly given the excellent workmanship. I highly recommend Naples Custom Design & Upholstery for their professionalism and work product!!
