Dental implants are a highly effective solution for lost teeth. Crowns mimic natural teeth in their form and function and titanium posts bond with and stimulate your jaw bone, allowing the Dental Implants to act just like a natural tooth would. Unfortunately, implants can occasionally fail, and if this happens we will need you to come in so we can repair or replace them.
In cases where the implant crown becomes cracked or detached, it is an easy matter for us to attach a new, or make any other repairs if necessary. However, if the damage to the implant is too severe, we will need to remove and replace it. It is easy for us to remove a failed dental implant, but we will need to use a local anesthetic for this procedure.

Dr. Eshraghi is the man to go to when you need someone to fix what other dentists did badly. He's fixed my two implants after 4 others did not. I called the office for an emergency tooth extraction for my 90 year old mother and he got her in that day for an evaluation and had the tooth pulled painlessly out that week. And he has the staff to match, all A players there. I cannot recommend this doctor too highly. He is the answer to your dental problems.

I am half way through a procedure including implants with bone grafts. I’m very impressed with Dr Eshraghi he is sensitive to his patients experience and a true professional. It is always a great experience at this office. Dr. McAllister is the best periodontist I have ever seen.I am a retired Registered dental hygienist. In 35 years of hygiene practice, I have never seen better.. The staff is professional, efficient , and totally awesome. It is a joy to go to this office! I've had two implants done by Dr. McAllister and both have gone extremely well and there have been no post-op complications. The office staff is very friendly and put you at ease. They have called several times, including one call by Dr. McAllister to see how I was feeling. Everything was laid out very clearly and the paperwork I was sent home with was also clear and very helpful.

My recent visit was only for an initial exam but I was very impressed with the team of employees and the surgeons. Everyone was extremely friendly and knowledgeable explaining the treatment plan in detail and answered all my questions. I feel very comfortable with the treatment plan I have scheduled.
