Light of Mine provides private sessions, classes, and workshops to help you to embrace your inner light and enjoy your journey. During a session, you lay face up on a massage table. Dena will connect with you at your feet and she intuitively receives information about what you will be shifting and releasing.

My sister gifted me her session for my birthday and I didn't know what to expect. When I got in Dena was warm n welcoming. The room alone is relaxing. I really enjoyed my session. Dena explained to me what we were going to do and once we started I didn't expect for her to guide me all the way back to my childhood. I felt safe to revisit that part of me and found out that I was harboring stuff from that period up until now. She gently worked with me to release all that negative emotions and we did empowering excercises.im still on cloud nine from my session with her. Will definitely go back. Do

I’ve really been struggling with so much. This therapy is so non traditional… my “woo woo therapy.” It brings me to center and brings me an inner peace unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’m learning to let go of the stories I tell myself, I’m learning to love myself. I haven’t felt this kind of inner peace in way too long. Life doesn’t have to be so hard. Dena has helped me accept that I don’t have to control everything and that I deserve to be happy… I am truly enough.

I decided to see Dena back in 2016 right after my grandfather's passing. It was an emotional time for me. I remember that first session and it was mind blowing & extremely helpful. Dena is amazing! She is so easy to talk to and I connect with her very well. Initially, I was not sure if spiritual therapy is what I needed, but I have been to two sessions now and each time I have come out feeling as light as a feather. There were some feelings deep down that I didn't deal with and even recent things in life that I was harboring that Dena just brought to the surface to help me release and let go. I can be a tough customer. My BS detector is very, very sensitive and if I sense any type of generic, phoning-it-in style of therapy, I have a hard time giving the whole session a chance. I can also be skeptical of techniques I've never tried before, like EFT.

As soon as you step into the room you can feel Dena's amazing and calming energy. She makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Going to Dena is letting go of everyday worry and years of harbored pain. It's like 3 counseling sessions in one. Definitely felt lighter as soon as I stepped out of the building. I'd recommend meeting Dena and exploring the healing possibilities for yourself!

Dena is amazing! Sessions with her are better than talk therapy. The first session was amazing. I had some issues I believed I had dealt with years ago. Dena is always right on and helps me to peel another layer of the onions I didnt know were still there. I always leave feeling lighter and like I have a plan. My after reflections are usually motivating and helpful.

The first thing I noticed about Dena is a very calm strength, which she indeed brought to our session. I was surprised how quickly we got to some deep issues during our session and I'm grateful I had Dena to "hold my hand" while navigating through them. The whole time I felt like she was keeping me grounded and her calm strength was just what I needed to transform the issues that came up.

I had my first session with Dena yesterday and with her help I came to huge realizations that helped me understand who I am and what I need to do to be wholly happy. I lost my grandpa a couple weeks ago and I was perhaps looking for healing, but little did I know I was in for a deeper discovery.

Dena is great! I came to see her today not really knowing what to expect. I have never been to any kind of formal therapy and certainly not any therapy that deals with chakra and ridding yourself of things that no longer serve you. She did a great job of making me feel comfortable and it was a very powerful and enlightening session.
I went in with an open mind and discovered some things that I didn't know were below the surface. It was an emotional and intense session. I was also able to get closure on some things that weighed heavily on me.

Wow! Dena is absolutely phenomenal. Her presence is calming, powerful, and compassionate. She has helped me to release really old trauma that has been preventing me from moving forward into my personal power. She is a clear channel, and touches on things in our sessions that only me or my spirit guides could know. I went to Dena's class How to Connect with your Spiritual Guides this past Sunday and it was life changing. Not only did I connect with my guide I have opened up and have been receiving signs. We truly are never alone. My sign is an owl, the week before Dena's class I had lost an earring (which happened to be an owl), then on Monday I found it after searching and searching....on my way home from class I saw an owl, and when I woke up their was a show about owls on TV. It is amazing to know that I truly am never alone. If we are open to receive the signs...they are everywhere. I cannot wait to attend

Amazing, outstanding, free- that is how I felt after my first session with Dena at Light of Mine. I went for some help with EFT (Tapping) in order to unblock some areas of stress in my life and I left feeling purged of so much pain I thought I had already cleared out of my life.
