Pro Health is the greatest! I read the other comments and can't believe the difference in the care. My Father is lucky I guess. His nurses are so knowledgeable about everything, from his health to how the system works so he gets the best care. This company has wonderful people working for them, all the way up to the director. Seriously, I can't praise them enough. They go beyond what Mercy (that almost let my father die because of their nurse Arlene) does. Laura Babcock is the absolute best!

Was given this service as a referral from Kaiser for my elderly father. When they insisted on coming to our home the following morning, when I was scheduled to work I declined saying my father would like me present as he doesn't retain info as well and wants me to be in the know. The man from Pro Care said it sounded like I wasn't interested in getting my father help and Social Services would be very interested in this. So I was threatened for wanting to know what is happening and help with my elderly father? I have a call into the head of Kaiser to see if this shame of a company can

Pro-Care provided services to my 91-year-old mother after her hip operation. I was pleased with everyone sent to our home from the nurse to the social worker. The home health aide and physical therapist were also very good. I liked the way everyone knew what the other was doing; they were well organized and there was a check and balance. They made sure everything from home modifications to the acquisition of a wheelchair was being addressed. The only criticism I can give is concerning the occupational therapist, who didn't do a thorough look around the house like I was expecting. But still

I would highly recommend never using this home health care service.
Unlike Sutter or Mercy Hospital affiliated home health care services,
this group kept sending a LVN
instead of a RN to my 89 yr old Mom's home for after care with a stroke.
The girl who came was inept, had a thick foreign accent and spoke in such low tones that she was virtually unable to understand and had to keep calling her office for instructions on all matters. She refused to answer questions and did not seem medically knowledgeable. She would call the office and talk in some foreign language so that I as a caretaker
