Stephanie was quick to schedule first appointment with us and assess our needs. She came out to meet us the very next day after initial phone call. We loved her personality and was ready to work with her. She marketed our home extremely well, she used several different sources to do so. Over the course of just one weekend our home had a contract on it. From then on, it was smooth sailing. She answered calls and texts timely all the way up to closing day. It is also important to me that I feel secure. In my day job, I do a lot with cyber-security, so finding someone that uses a professional email was also important. Real Estate is the number 1 target for cyber criminals, so I wanted to stay away from anyone using a Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail email address. Those are far too easy to hack with this type personal and financial information

We worked with Stephanie Deeds in 2015 to sell our home and purchase a new one. Stephanie is a personal friend of ours and we knew that she would work diligently for us, would guide us through the process, and that we could count on her to make things happen. Our experience with the Deeds Group was incredible. My wife and I were in a position to look for a home and our Agent Stephanie really went all out to help us. It was a but if a "sellers market" so homes were moving almost as fast as we could find them on our own. Stephanie sent us new listings twice a day and set us up to see houses, sometimes within 12 hours of them being officially listed. In the end, less than two weeks from starting our search we were closing on our perfect "forever home". There is no way we would be here without her and the rest of the Deeds Group. I can not recommend them

Stephanie Deeds is amazing! We first met her in 2014 at an Open House and quickly decided she would be perfect to help us purchase our new home. We looked at many homes over several days and Stephanie always did her homework and was ready to show us exactly what we asked her to. Being new to the area, she helped us find our a neighborhood we love and excellent schools for our children. Over the years we have referred many friends and co-workers to her and have always received excellent feedback. We will absolutely contract her when we sell our home and purchase a new one.
