Courtesy Limousine had the absolute best customer service of any transportation service I have ever used. The owner personally goes out of his way for us each and every time we use his services. His drivers are too notch and just amazing people. I tend to take trips last minute alot and he usually can accommodate my over the top requests. I highly recommend this company. I can't speak highly enough about the outfit and th drivers.

I requested a quote through Yelp to drive my daughter and her 10 bridesmaids from the Airbnb to the wedding event venue on the day of her wedding! They stuck to the quote, they showed up with a beautiful white stretch limo and it worked out perfectly. I used Courtesy Limousine about three weeks ago.....long story short- my kids are still talking about "the night the nice man named Israel drove us around San Francisco". My expectations were exceeded to say the least. I rented a Limo to take my wife and kids to dinner in Saratoga and for a city tour after. So happy we booked Courtesy Limo to celebrate our daughters seventeenth birthday. Our chauffeur, JJ was simply amazing!! He rolled up in a brand new stretch MKT. His first words were... He was at our service and would take us anywhere we wanted to go! It was a night filled with adventure , friends and fun!! I highly recommend Israel and JJ and this limo company. My son wanted a limo to take his school friends to dinner. A beautiful clean newer model Mercedes arrived and safely took us to our destination and back. The LED lighting inside added to the excited energy of the kids and we were able to synchronize our phone to the speaker to listen to our own music.
As a parent and customer, I was delighted with the process and service from start to finish.
The kids still talk about the limo birthday party and my son said that was his favorite birthday party he'd ever had. I plan on hiring this company again in the future and would recommend it to my family

HANDS down this was the best priced limo in town. But the bonus was that ISRAEL (owner) showed up and drove my kids to their prom, upgraded the limo and called to assure me they were safe and well taken care of. He knows how to pay it forward.
This was no ordinary Limo service. He's got passion, pride and class. I gave him a well deserved tip....AND I would highly recommend him for proms, birthday, weddings....when it really counts.

We first used Courtesy Limousine in December 2014 for a trip from San Jose to Santa Rosa to visit Safari West. They had a promotion at Safari West 2 children for each paid adult. We had four families who wanted to go so rather than driving 3 cars with 16 people, we hired the stretch limo and Israel. He was GREAT. He picked us up about 7:00 a.m. and our first stop was the local coffee shop where we got coffee and bagels (not included in limo price). Principally, I spoke to the owner over the phone to get a quote & I instantly received great costumer service. I was referred through a friend to this particular company. Judging by the first conversation, I know the actual ride on Friday the 18th will meet expectations. Prices are very aggressive and the accommodation of hours is superb! So far, I cannot say enough about this firm. I would recommend others to get your transportation services for any event through this company! Lastly, I signed a proposal for the Cadillac limo.
