We worked with Bryan the owner, on purchasing three Sonos home audio amps. Great recommendation. Bryan was also VERY kind and supportive through the whole process from ordering to installation!

I have used Utah Audio for many years to gradually make my audio dreams come true. Tyler has always been helpful, knowledgeable and informative in helping to creating a system that is perfect for me. Few things compare to the joy my wife and I experience when we sit down and carefully listen to an album from start to finish. Old rock, new pop or jazz, depending on our mood for the night. Utah Audio got my first love, the Quicksilver 88 Tube amplifiers and then the Clear audio turntables and finally and just recently the Bowers and Wilkins 804 D4 Speakers. They are visually beautiful and sound fantastique

I wanted to get my family something nice for Christmas. I didn’t know much about the speakers or tech, but Bryan helped me out! He was very kind and patient with explaining everything to me. He helped me pick out a pair of speakers that my family LOVES. Amazing experience shopping here. I plan to buy all of my audio equipment from here going forward. He gave me his number and I still text him here and there with questions and he always is prompt at responding and very helpful. My wife and I were looking for some quality speakers and went to Utah Audio. They have a good selection of speakers available to listen to which helped us make our decision. We ended up going with a set of Monitor Audio Silver 500s. They got them on order and they were ready to pick up later that week. Really happy with our purchase and appreciated the time they spent letting us sample different models so we could find speakers that fit our tastes!

We didn't think of speakers for our home until it was time for them to be wired, so we cold called Utah Audio that night, well lucky us as the team was able to come over the next day to help us not only pick the correct setup but also stay on track with our builder. When the job was fully done Utah Audio did the final configuration and the sound is outstanding. If you're on the fence for installing ceiling speakers, do it and it's something we love every day, thanks Utah Audio.

After several years of moving here to Utah, it was time to update my set up and get my B&Ws up and singing again. Brian at Utah Audio showed me what was possible with all their high end equipment at their showroom. Tyler came out right away and looked over what set up I wanted to accomplish and then quickly put down an invoice of what I needed and worked with my budget. I settled on the Moon 340i integrated amp and Moon MiND2 network player. The set up was done based on my schedule and the finished product is amazing!, no visible wires, clean presentation, professional integrated all the remotes

Reached out to Utah Audio and explained my needs and if they were able to upgrade my theater room. Brian reached out to me and was very helpful and very accommodating. Tyler was professional and personable ordered my equipment and within a couple of days installed this amazing sounding system!
My reason for the upgrade was due to hosting a filmmaker wanting to do a private screening of his documentary for all Utah people who were in the film. Everyone loved the documentary and positive comments about the sound quality. BTW I didn't tell anyone it was a new system. Kudos!

The lamp in my Epson PowerLite Home Cinema went out. I ordered a replacement lamp online but, was having extreme difficulty getting it to set into the projector. I called Utah Audio, Everette came out that afternoon. Everette installed the lamp easily and then made sure the projector was adjusted for the best picture possible. He also checked to make sure everything was working properly.
Everette, from Utah Audio, turned a frustrating situation to a successful one. I will not hesitate to call Utah Audio again for my audio needs.

I bought a very expensive sound system from Utah Audio three years ago. They took great care in the installation and in my immediate experience afterword. The gear is great and I have enjoyed my listening experience. They have not, however, offered great service in the long term. For example: I called the other day with a question and never got a call back. That sounds like a small thing, especially after three years, but I give my customers permanent five star service and I expect to get that back...especially from a high level culture like Utah Audio.
