Are you a commercial developer, builder or property management company in the Northeast who needs to protect the investment in your asphalt parking lot, driveway, or path? Joints or cracks in pavement, whether it is an asphalt parking lot, driveway or path, that are not sealed properly will allow dirt, water, and foreign materials to leak down through the asphalt surface.
Are you looking for an effective treatment to protect your asphalt investment? Call the professionals at 1800-60Sealit. Sealcoating can be applied for a fraction of the cost of repairing or replacing an existing asphalt pavement, like asphalt parking lots, driveway or paths that are not properly maintained.
Maintaining a clean, visible, and save parking lot requires maintenance. Having an eroded parking lot not only gives your business or home a lower quality look, it's also unsafe and against the law in New York. Luckily we provide a fast and long lasting pavement re striping service that will have your parking lots, driveways or paths looking like new.
Asphalt pavements are made up of stone (aggregate), fine stone or sand, and asphalt cement. The asphalt cement is what gives the pavement its black appearance and is the "glue" that holds everything together. New asphalt is jet black but soon begins to fade. That's oxidation; this is the effect of sun, rain, and snow oxidizing the asphalt cement in the pavement.

First of all, it must be said that these are very nice people. Secondly, they are very good and proficient at what they do. I had my driveway sealed and not only does it look great but they were prompt and efficient. They arrived with a whole crew and got to the task right away. All of my instructions were followed. They made sure that the sealer went on the driveway and nowhere else. And, oh yeah, they're really nice people, both in the field and in the office.
