I contacted several companies regarding fixing our ac unit and Able service was able to come on the same day, provide us with excellent service and fix our problem all while explaining what options we could go with. When I called, I spoke to Rita and she was able to get a qualified technician to come to our place within an hour. Our technician was very nice and courteous and he was able to fix our problem within an hour. They are great people and very honest about what they do, I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for someone reliable. Thanks for getting our place cooled down

I called Able Services on New Years Eve and scheduled an appointment for the 2nd. Rita set me up and spoke with me about the industry, market, and homeowner insight that I greatly appreciated. Mr. Able was also able to diagnose my problem over the phone and was more than happy to answer a question I had (even if I weren't going to schedule work; Rita equally informed me that they're here to talk and answer questions as much as they are to service your equipment).

I have used Able Service for both a/c and furnace repairs (different floor units) over the past year. The service is timely, honest and the pricing is very reasonable and came under my expectations. Along with that, Alex (technician both times) is friendly and makes himself available after the servicing for questions that may come up. Both times, recommendations were also provided how to prevent the current issues and also how to avoid issues that may be on the horizon due to the units' current conditions. Great experience!

Quick, friendly service for our A/C unit fix. Called bc our A/C wasn't blowing cool air and they scheduled technician for THE NEXT MORNING! So that was a fantastic start.
The gentleman who came out said he has been with company 18 years, and he didn't act rushed or bothered to help explain what was wrong with the unit. Even gave me some tips on filters, vent placement, and programmed my thermostat. Very friendly and polite man.
Also the price charged I felt was VERY reasonable. And we operate on a strict budget so that is saying something.

Our AC stopped blowing cold yesterday and we were dying in the house all night. First thing this morning I started making calls and researching online for a good place to call. After reading the great reviews of this place I decided to call them. After talking to the one guy for a few minutes and talking it over with my husband and telling him what they said we decided to have them come out. I just got through meeting with Alex from Able Service Company. Right from the start he showed professionalism and concern for my home by wiping his feet at the door and placing shoe covers over his boots. He then took the time to diagnose my heating problem, fix it in under 20 minutes, and offer some additional tips to reduce my maintenance costs. His fee was very reasonable and he communicated with honesty and transparency so that even an novice could understand. I will surely call them for all of my hvac and appliance needs. I started suspecting the air wasn't working in the morning and by afternoon it was clear that it wasn't. I called Able at 4PM and the woman I spoke to was very polite. She told me that a technician was in the area near me and would call me. She said that he would probably be there by 5, he was here and finished by 5! They didn't charge me extra for same day service. Alex worked fast and identified the problem. He helped me out on the price and gave me some good recommendations. Very good experience.
