Having a basement can be a joy if done correctly or it can be nothing but trouble if done poorly. Basements can be built using poured or precast concrete, concrete block, or even treated wood. Knowing which method is best depends on where you live and location dependent on a number of factors, with each method having benefits and shortcomings.
Two of the biggest problems with chimney maintenance would be water and fire. First, we will look at what water can do. Water can penetrate and cause interior and/or exterior damage to your chimney and also pentrate through those leaks and cracks into the structure of the house through various entry points.
Over time, your brick, concrete and stone work takes a beating due to the elements. Professional masonry experts like All American Masonry understands that in the building of your project. I was so absolutely impressed from the first moment I made my call and spoke with Gabriel !!!!!! He was very courteous from the start and willing to Go The extra mile to help me. There’s no doubt in my mind I would recommend all American masonry to anyone !!!!The worker that came to our house was also very kind and inefficient!!!!!! And for the amount of time and hours the worker spent at our home the price was very affordable !!!!!! Thanks to all American masonry they gave me the peace of mind that I will not have any other water leakage from my roof or chimney !!!!!!!!
