The controller for my power wheelchair was broken but thanks to these guys it was fixed up very well. I gave them a call and they responded very quickly, the lady I was talking to was very friendly and customer service was extremely good! I would highly recommend these guys to everybody, keep up the good work!

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I really didn't want to give them one star. First, they answered the phone with a hello. No name or name of company. The representative was very rude and obnoxious to me. I am a therapist to an older woman who didn't understand how to use the equipment. So when she called to get information, she was very agitated and couldn't get any answers. I then called for her to get some information about usage because she was never shown how to use the scooter. Because she was agitated with them, they became very rude to me. This is a brand new scooter
