Xiltek is a commercial refrigeration equipment company established in Albuquerque, New Mexico, dedicated to providing affordable and quality equipment with no hassle. We offer a wide variety of products ranging from refrigerators, freezers, sandwich prep tables, display cases, and much more! All products are quality tested with a 5 point inspection test before leaving our facilities.
All claims for parts or labor must be made directly through Xiltek by the customer. All claims should include: model number of the unit, the serial number, proof of purchase, date of installation, and all pertinent information supporting the alleged defect. In case of compressor replacement under warranty, either compressor or compressor tag must be returned to Xiltek along with above listed information.

I got invited to write a review for Xiltek and I’d love to give my review about their products. I opened up several franchises throughout 2019 (and one more later this month!) and ordered around 47 commercial refrigerator and freezer units ranging from three door freezers, two door refrigerators, deli cases, back bars, sandwich preps, chef bases, and a lot more. I check up on several locations about once every other week and everything has gone smoothly, which is probably the highest compliment you can give to commercial refrigeration products that you don’t even notice them; they just work
