I had a great first experience with them and decided to order from them again. They sent me a sample of the make I wanted to order and I approved. I had an open house event for my new office that I wanted to hand out the personalized masks at so I was in a bit of a rush. I gave out almost 100 masks at my event and about a week later I was made aware of a defect in the mask. I then noticed the same defect in the mask I had from the event. It wasn't a defect that you would notice unless you used the mask a few times at a minimum.

Working on our staff Christmas gift and was needing items. This company was super efficient, everything from ordering to proofing and delivery. Our rep kept checking and verifying our packages. The logo, in our opinion, turned out a light and without any hesitation at all the company replaced the order with brand new order that was right on. I've been a customer of Blueberry Ink for a few years now, placing a couple orders each year. Just got an order of power banks, they look great. The best thing is they lean towards the high-end better quality products, which is what I want. They have exceeded my expectations on every order. This company has the worst customer service i have ever experienced. Bill Hodgson provided the worst service i have ever received. I was spoken to as if i was ordering a happy meal in Mc Donnalds not as if I worked for a large corporation that was about to spend thousands of dollars on products for an event.

The prices they advertise don't include my logo up to a point that changes by the item. I can buy smaller numbers for the special price but I can't get my logo on there based on the site at that price and have to buy more and apparently pay more per item to get a logo done. If I want a logo a charge is added for setup that was $55 on around $400 but I still couldn't see a way to order the small orders with my logo.
