They have such an amazing variety of plants and everything you can imagine to care for those plants. The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. They actually know what their talking about when you ask them anything. Will definitely be going back!

Every time I come to Carolina Garden World I find helpful and kind staff who answer all of my questions and give great advice about what to plant and where to plant it. Lots of variety to choose from as well. Highly recommend them!

I LOVE Carolina Garden World! Best selection of plants, trees, accessories and decor. All plants are as healthy as can be. The staff is so knowledgeable and patient with the novice gardener. My yard has never been more beautiful thanks to their guidance.

Everyone here is so friendly and so helpful!! My mom and I went to get a large amount of plants of many different varieties and they were so knowledgeable and you could tell they just loved what they did. They had so many plants and that were very healthy and thriving. We bought mostly outdoor plants but I did buy one indoor plant that was one I had been searching for for a while. I definitely will be going back!!

Great selection of plants, especially for tiny fairy gardens. Very knowledgeable staff who will even load topsoil bags into your car. Parking lot needs work, but I'm sure that will come.

The people here are fantastic. I had a alot of questions, specific goals, and little knowledge of how to get the outcome I wanted. after spending a lot of time woth me talking about options, we got the truck loaded for delivery and had a plan of attack. My family and I are new to the area. We were in search of a wind chime and came upon this nursery. What a lovey place, we so enjoyed walking around!! Such a great selection and unique array of plants, flowers… and all things garden. Not only did we find a beautiful wind chime, but also a most beautiful yellow rose! The ladies there also gave us great tips on how to attract hummingbirds to our yard. Thank you for all the help...will be back!

I'm a recent transplant from Florida and some locals told me Carolina Garden World was the place for gardeners. I dropped by today and was very nicely greeted by staff who listened carefully to my plant interests. I'd like to recreate some of my SW Florida landscaping (such as muley grass) mixed with the native plants as well. These folks really know their plants! I was guided through various options on evergreen, perennials, 'one and done's,' and shown the garden herbs that I was looking for. The customer service here is nonexistent. I wandered around this place for half an hour looking for wisteria, no one approached me to offer assistance. I finally went inside and stood at the counter, where I had to wait another ten minutes for an employee to get off the phone and acknowledge me. I asked if they had any wisteria, they said yes and walked outside. Instead of taking me to the plant, they pointed to the far side of the lot and said "it's over there." Not very helpful, as I then had to wander around in the vague direction I was pointed towards for another 15 minutes before
