Item arrived to them on 4/18, they didn't call to schedule delivery, I had to call (4/23/18) and insist on it being delivered asap as they tried to tell me they only deliver in redding a couple times a week, despite being a locally based company (they are about 3-5 mins from my home). The lady answering the phones was alright, she stated she was making them deliver it today, (shouldn't have to make people do their jobs). Once i called it was delivered within 30mins. Workers who delivered it seemed like we were inconveniencing them to have to drop off the item , and were unhappy with our inspecting

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY.
I have wasted the 4 hour window they gave to come by and approve my known shipper forms for TSA so I can access and use Alaska Cargo. Not even a courtesy call that they could not make it. I have paid $190 to have this service completed, and completely sacrificed an entire workday waiting for these morons.
Look at EVERY other review on Yelp, or Google, and you will see TO NEVER EVER EVER waste your time on this completely irresponsible and absolute travesty of an operation.
I am seriously surprised that they are even still in business.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Keep in mind I have NEVER received a call back after any of my calls. Have had to call a total of 6 times to get a time estimate of when my items will be delivered 3 of them to get a confirmation tmthat they were actually coming sometime tomorrow, told them I was needing to plan my day as my father is in the hospital was told I’d have an answer around 2 pm, called again at 445 as they close at 5, the guy said he was looking at my order now and would call me back. It’s now almost 6 pm no call and of course no one is answering since it is after 5 pm. So frustrating!

I have been waiting for almost 3 weeks for them to contact my former employer in Fairfield to give them a date and time to pick up files I had in my home office. Then suddenly today, someone from the company comes to my door saying they are here to pick up the boxes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they lost my mattress the first time. Now that it's happened twice and they've offered no real resolution for the issue, I feel compelled to leave a review. They called me to set up a time for delivery. I wasn't given a choice, they just said they could come on a certain day at the certain time. Wanting my new mattress, I made arrangements for someone to wait at my house for the delivery while I was at work. The four hour delivery window expired, so I called them. They explained that they wouldn't be delivering my mattress after all

Pretty awful service -- missed my delivery date without even telling me the shipment would be late. And then failed to deliver part of the shipment for ten days. I talked to one employee, who admitted that the company is horribly messed up right now, but says they "got rid of the problem", which means someone got fired. Hopefully, they fired the right person, but still, if I can ever avoid Cooper Couriers in the future, I will.

This company does not have any level of organization or customer service. No one seems to want to take responsibility for the service they are supposed to provide.
I was given a 4 hour delivery window from 8am-noon on this past Saturday and nothing showed up. At 12:15, I got a call from the driver telling me that the warehouse didn't put the package on the truck and that there was nothing he could do because the warehouse and office we're closed for the day. He said someone from the office would call me on Monday to reschedule. I also left a voicemail for the office on Saturday after

Cooper Courier received the furniture to be delivered to my ill son on March 7th due for delivery on March 8th. I called them on March 12th asking why the couch was not delivered. The lady answering the phone had no idea when it would be delivered. We are recommending that the company we purchased the furniture from find a new delivery service. This poor service reflects on them as well, time to change.

They show up when they want. They don't answer their phone. The outgoing message on their phone is incredibly rude. I made a purchase at Penney's six months ago that they were supposed to deliver...never happened. Fast forward to today and, because of this lousy business, my order will be cancelled again. There has got to be a decent delivery company in Redding!!!!!

I ordered 2 different things for delivery from this place. I only ended up getting one of them. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the guys delivering my stuff were great. I ordered a couch that I finally canceled delivery on and also a dining table. They said they didn't know where the couch was at first. Then I spoke to Nicole and she said that it was damaged and they had to order a new one. I contacted Wayfair and they said that Nicole was lying and the couch was never damaged, never replaced and that Cooper Courier had it the entire time. So, I would not recommend this company AT

I am in McKinleyville, and received two large (200lb+) packages in two seperate deliveries two weeks apart, and both experiences were wonderful! Cooper Courier service contacted me as agreed regarding delivery times and dates for both deliveries. Both times the delivery arrived with agreed times, and both times the drivers were exceptionally helpful and courteous. I am thankful these guys are around to help out with large deliveries in our area!

I never write reviews, but this company has been so unreliable! I ordered a mattress online and the company I ordered it from uses them to deliver. I was told that I would get a phone call to set up delivery and a time. So I waited for that call....that never came. I came home one day at 3 and saw a message left on my door saying they tried to deliver at 2 and I was not home to call and reschedule! I called right away and told them No one had even called me to set up a delivery or time! the girl on the phone just said Oh sorry I don't know I haven't been in the office for a couple day

I have the same experience as a previous comment. I ordered a bedroom set and was told that I would be called to schedule a delivery. The only call I received was a call set up a time that day for delivery. This did not work for me so we scheduled for a later date between 8:00 am and 10:00 am. At 10:00 I called and was told that the bed was on the truck and they would be at my house between 10:00 and 12:00 but would call me 1/2 hour in advance. Thinking I had gotten the first time wrong I was ok with that. At 1:00 no delivery, no call. I called again inquiring about my delivery and they knew

I ordered a bedroom set from a store online who uses these guys to deliver and set up their furniture. I was told I would receive a phone call to set up a date and time for delivery. The only call I received was them informing me that they were on their way to my house to deliver. Being as this was the middle of the day on a Tuesday, it didn't exactly work. I called them back and set up an appointment for the next morning between 8-9. When 11:30 rolled around, I called to check on the status. The owner informed me that he had forgotten what day we set. I asked if they could still deliver it
