When entering dimensions, put the smallest dimension (out of length and width) first followed by the other, then followed by the thickness. I ordered the filter and 3 refills from this seller. I only got the filter, no refills. When I contacted them, they just brush me off. They do not provide the excellent customer service they claimed they would like to provide on their site. They certainly do not value to have you as a customer. It's also a horrible web site, not user friendly at all.
