Startup services occur between the months of April-July and includes recharging your system with water, adjusting heads, minor repairs and programing your controller.Maintenance/repair services and Midsummer Checks occur between the months of April-August and includes installing controllers, repairing lines, adding/moving sprinkler heads, rebuilding manifolds, etc.

We were referred to JD Sprinklers by our Property management co as we live out of state part time. I contacted them in June to re-start our sprinklers for summer as we were listing our property for the 1st time as an AirBNB and wanted it to be in top shape.They assured me that they would do it as I had called early in the season. 3 calls later discovered that it was never taken care of and WE had to contact them to find out that their tech abandoned the project when he discovered a leak and WE were never informed by JD Sprinklers. I explained to them that as we are out of state we need companies

Called to schedule an estimate on repair or replacement of my system, they said they would stop by and get back to me by the next week. Two weeks later, and nothing from them, called several times and they never returned any of the calls. If they were to busy they could have at least let me know so I could look for someone else...

Gross Overcharges: I requested that JD Sprinklers put together some materials so that I could install a do-it-yourself drip system for a small raised bed garden. They provided a small box of parts and some tubing. When I looked at the materials they provided and compared with online retailers I realized they overcharged me by 5X the retail cost for the simple materials that I should have just bought from Home Depot.
